Seeking a BC/BE Nephrologist to join a group of three other nephrologist within a multi specialist group. The practice has an excellent culture with high level of satisfaction. Physicians have a great working relationship and work as a cohesive group.--

Position:-----Strictly 100% nephrology without any internal medicine---Group of 3 BC Nephrologists-----1:4 Call---Great work dynamic amongst physicians

Requirements:---Residency trained Board Certified or Board Eligible-----No interventional skills required but definitely a plus

Income: Practice is very busy and income is $300K. Base Salary Income Guarantee the first two years with very real possibility of making $400k given work load. Net Production after first two years with little risk of a downside considering back log.
