The Choctaw Nation Health Care Clinic in Idabel, OK is one of the
largest health clinics within the Choctaw Nation Services. It was
completed and opened on May 13, 2005 and is a 55,546 sq ft
facility. The clinic has over 15,000 patients registered from
Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas as well as several other states across
the country. We have greater than 3500 visits per month on average.
The hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8-4:30pm and
Wednesday appointments begin at 10:00am.
