We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Purlin Mill Operatorto join our team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining the purlin roll forming machine to produce high-quality metal purlins used in roofing and structural applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine operation, metal fabrication, or manufacturing and be committed to safety and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate the purlin roll forming machine according to production specifications.
• Monitor machine operation to ensure proper shaping, cutting, and sizing of metal purlins.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure purlins meet company and industry standards.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products using forklifts or cranes as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints and production orders.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.Qualifications:
  • Previous experience operating roll forming machines or working in metal fabrication preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
